CANCELLATIONS
Plans change — if you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the walk will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the start time are non-refundable. The walk will go ahead in most weather conditions, so please dress appropriately for the forecast.
If Creomus cancels the walk for any reason, you will be offered a place on an alternative date or a full refund. Please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. The walk will begin promptly at 10:30am and unfortunately we cannot delay the group for late arrivals.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The walk lasts approximately 2 hours and takes place entirely on foot, so comfortable footwear is recommended. If you have any accessibility requirements or questions about the route, please contact us before booking. Under-18s must be accompanied by an adult.
